Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order before the purchased product is shipped or produced for a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable):
To be eligible for a return, the purchased product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be kept in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping fees if they regret buying or if the delivered products reach their desired location.

Thirty-Day Return Limit:
Customers have up to 30 days after receiving their purchased item to request a return.

All items purchased from our site are returnable.

Who Pays for Shipping When the Product is Returned?
Customers are responsible for shipping costs if they choose to return a purchased item. If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or refund. Please contact our Customer Service Team for the appropriate return address.

After shipping the item back to us, please notify us and provide a tracking number. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will process your exchange or refund. The exchanged product or refund will arrive in your account within two weeks.

Shipping Damage and Claims:
While we take pride in our products, there may be rare instances of shipping damage during transportation. Please inspect the purchased item upon delivery, and if there is any damage, provide us with a photo or video and contact us at rosuba_official@outlook.com.

Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.
